The house in which the "Seerose" holiday flat is located was built in 1900 and is situated in the beautiful Chiemgau region. The flat was freshly renovated in 2022-2023 and has two bedrooms and a large kitchen-living room. A parking space in front of the house is available. The flat is well suited for families and couples. The flat is located on the first floor and is only accessible via stairs.
Nearby is Lake Tachingen, which is within walking distance. At the lake, there is a family-friendly lido with restaurant and lake view. In the surrounding area you will find other breathtaking attractions. In addition to Lake Tachingen, you can visit many other lakes, such as Lake Chiemsee. This can be reached by car in less than 30 minutes. The Chiemgau is also known for its mountains and peaks, e.g. Kampenwand, Geigelstein. All reachable in under an hour by car. If the weather is bad, you can visit the city of Salzburg, the birthplace of Mozart. The city has many museums, as well as an opera and castle.

Your hostess has lived in Cheimgau for over 30 years. She loves nature and knows the area well. She has always liked Lake Tachingen, which is why she decided to buy a flat near the lake and lovingly renovate it with a lot of work and attention to detail. If you have any questions, she and her daughter are always available and have an open ear for you.
